Industrial Survey
The Industrial Survey is a monthly business opinion survey designed to capture trends in industrial activity and expectations of entrepreneurs. Carried out since 1998 and currently conducted in partnership with 25 Federations of Industry, the Industrial Survey generates results by company size, geographic regions and activity sectors of Manufacturing and Mining and quarrying industries.
Financial conditions of industries worsen and concern with high interest rates increases in the quarter
In the second quarter of 2025, the industry reported a worsening of financial conditions compared to the first quarter. At the same time, the problem of high interest rates rose from 3rd to 2nd place in the ranking of the main problems faced by the industry. At the top of the ranking is the problem of a high tax burden, followed by high interest rates, insufficient domestic demand, and lack or high cost of qualified workers.
