Construction Industry Survey
The Construction Survey was launched in 2010 along the lines of the Industrial Survey. As a business opinion survey, it is intended to capture trends in activity and expectations of entrepreneurs in the construction industry. The survey is carried out monthly in partnership with 23 Federations of Industry and the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry (CBIC). Results are presented by company size and activity sectors.

Construction industry reports renewed increase in hiring
The expectations indices of construction business owners showed mixed behavior in May 2026. The highlight was the improvement in expectations regarding the number of employees, whose indicator once again exceeded the dividing line of 50 points, signaling expectations of job growth in the next six months.
