Construction Industry Survey
The Construction Survey was launched in 2010 along the lines of the Industrial Survey. As a business opinion survey, it is intended to capture trends in activity and expectations of entrepreneurs in the construction industry. The survey is carried out monthly in partnership with 23 Federations of Industry and the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry (CBIC). Results are presented by company size and activity sectors.

The issue of high interest rates has completed, in the third quarter of 2025, a year as the main problem faced by the Construction Industry. The problem is followed by the high tax load, the lack or high cost of skilled workers, and then the lack or high cost of unskilled workers.
