The Diplomatic Briefing is for members of the diplomatic community only and english simultaneous interpretation will be available.

Director of Institucional Relations
Mônica Messenberg holds a degree in Economics and a Master in International Economy from the University of Brasilia (UnB). She serves as Director of Institucional Relations at the National Confederation of Industry (CNI). Prior to joining CNI in 2010, Ms. Mônica Messenberg had worked for 15 years in Planning and Controlling areas, Development, Implementation and Administration of programs for the Brazilian government, where she occupied a high-level position.

Manager of Strategic Markets - CNI
Has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Public Policy Management. Her professional career includes manager of International Relations and Institutional Relations at Sebrae Nacional, general coordinator of Multilateral Relations at the Ministry of Tourism and specialist in Policies and Industry at CNI.
She is currently Manager of Strategic Markets at CNI and serves as executive secretary of the business councils of Brazil with Argentina (Cembrar), Chile (Cebrachile), United States (Cebeu), Japan (Cebraj), Mexico (Cebramex) and Brics (Cebrics).
