The National Confederation of Industry – CNI has a global footprint. CNI is actively engaged in the regular work of key international organizations whose policy discussions directly affects Brazilian industry, including the International Labor Organization, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the World Intellectual Property Organization and the World Trade Organization. The Confederation is also an active member of world-wide business coalitions such as the “Business 20” (B-20) group and regularly attends international business gatherings as the World Economic Forum.

In addition to these initiatives, CNI also has representation in key policy centers throught its membership of the Brazil Industries Coalition, in Washington, DC, and its partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency in its office in Brussels.
