The Business Inquiry is a survey that aims to collect information on the impact of policies or specific events on the industry and infer results for a population of interest. All companies in this population are invited to participate by answering a specific questionnaire. The entire process is monitored, and the participation of informants is spontaneous.
Impacts of the new coronavirus
92% of the companies consulted are negatively affected by the coronavirus epidemic. The industry is affected by the crisis due to the fall in demand for its products, the difficulty in procuring inputs and raw materials and the reduction in the supply of working capital in the financial system.
